You can visit this way departing from the camping the islands of Lipari, near to Volcano, Salina, Filicudi, Alicudi, Panarea and Stromboli.
Another active volcano, the island of Stromboli, is easily attainable both with hydroplanes and ferries of line, and with private boats or to rental.
To reach Volcano:
by sea from Milazzo, Messina, Reggio Calabria, Palermo, Cefalù and Naples with fast hydroplanes.
In camper or with auto, cycles etc. from Naples with more weekly runs, or from Milazzo, from where it is ferried in around a hour and half.
To reach Milazzo, that dista around 30 kms from Messina, gone out Milazzo on the A20 Messina-Palermo.
